Requirements: High School or GED and 2 years of customer service experience. Bilingual in Spanish or Creole is a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft applications, keyboard data entry. Must have a computer and self- provided internet service. Employer conducts background and drug screen checks.
Job Responsibilities: Manage customer calls in a timely manner. Identify customers’ needs and wants, give information. Research issue and provide solutions to customer. Enter customers information into computer system. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database. Other duties may be assigned.
Work Schedule : Hours Vary.
Salary : $13.00 per hour. $14.25 Bilingual.
