ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

⦁ Preform the physical installation of the equipment we provide to our customer base throughout Florida (Full In-House Installation & Rigging Training is provided)

⦁ Working directly with our Dispatching Dept to Schedule and understand logistics of scheduling installations

⦁ Manage and report on the installation departments specialty Tools and ensure they are properly maintained

⦁ Maintain the installation supplies and reorder through our preexisting vendor network as our inventory is depleted.

⦁ Maintain an organized installation department

⦁ Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

⦁ Provide technical information about the products and services that our company provides (With provided in-house training and support)

⦁ Document and update customer records during the installation process

⦁ Comply with standard OSHA Guidelines

⦁ Attend meetings when required with our sales team to provide a plan for the installation of the equipment

⦁ Ability to work overtime as needed to support completion of jobs/projects

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS – REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION

⦁ Five (5) years of work experience in a Mechanical / Construction / Installation Industry

⦁ Exceptional mechanical aptitude

⦁ Basic electrical aptitude

⦁ Excellent customer service skills

⦁ Capability to work collaboratively with key personnel across multiple departments internally and externally

⦁ Experience working under pressure in a calm and collected manner

⦁ Ability to "think outside the box" to resolves problems that arise in real time

⦁ 25+ With a valid driver’s license with a clean record

⦁ Ability to drive a "Pickup" Truck with a Bumper Pull Trailer (16' & 25')

⦁ Ability to back up a Trailer Safely

⦁ Ability to Lift 75LB

⦁ Must pass a drug test


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION

⦁·Basic Gas/Fuel Knowledge

⦁ CDL

⦁ Telescopic Forklift experience

⦁ Bilingual in Spanish and English
