Orlando Health is seeking a Grants & ContractsAnalyst. This person is responsible foroverseeing the progression of several grants/Contracts while adhering to eachgrant/contracts criteria. This positionis also responsible for managing data for the three programs that make up theChildrens Advocacy Center, which requires comfort in working in different datasystems and with the analysis of different data points.

Education/Training Required

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relatedrequired.

Experience

Two (2) years of direct experience in the management ofcontracts and data analysis.

Essential Functions

Participate on special projects as assigned &provide budget and grant/contract information to Grant Manager for grant applicationsfor new and existing funding.

Oversee the preparation of audit documents for Orando HealthAuditors and State & Federal auditors.

Ensures compliance with contract and statutoryrequirements.

Manages the process of review and approval of more than20 separate contracts, including preparation and submission of all contractrequired documentation.

Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual programmatic andfinancial reports and data analysis.

Ensures compliance with contract and statutoryrequirements.

Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendanceconsistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, stateand local standards.

Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policiesand procedures.

Other Related Functions

Communicates with all levels of management throughout OrlandoHealth.

Attends department meetings and in-services.
