Analyst, Value Based Care - Population Health

Orlando health is seeking a Analyst, Value-Based Care. This person directly supports the OrlandoHealth Networks population health activities in various value based carearrangements, including Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and otheralternative payment models, In addition you will assist with program analyticsand project management.
Bachelors degree in Health Administration, BusinessAdministration, Public Health, Health Sciences, or other directly related workexperience required.
One (1) year of professional experience required. Completionof an Administrative Internship program in a hospital, physician group, orhealthcare setting may substitute for the one (1) year of required workexperience.
Stays current on national and local healthcare trends andmaintains working knowledge of healthcare systems, physician integration,insurance products, regulatory/legislative policy, market research data andhealthcare data.
Works with Orlando Health, Inc., Orlando Health PhysicianAssociates (OHPA), and Orlando Health Collaborative Care, LLC, physician andadministrative leaders to support strategies of clinical integration andnetwork development.
Identifies and documents stakeholder/business requirementsnecessary to support business operations activities, and lead approvedinitiatives, projects, and continuous improvement activities.
Serves as project management support and tracks allassigned Orlando Health Network initiatives.
Coordinates meetings, prepares meeting agendas, andmanages all meeting materials as necessary.
Facilitates multidisciplinary discussions to effectuatesystem change, process improvement and provider engagement.
Provides assistance to operational leaders to support datareview, market analysis, program growth, and provider relationship activities.
Works collaboratively with other team members on theexecution of projects that support strategic priorities.
Prepares and maintains educational materials on VBCresults and initiatives.
Identifies process improvement opportunities throughreport analysis to achieve the Quadruple Aim.
Analyzes performance reports and data to informdecision-making, process, and program implementation.
Tests and refines workflows to support sustainableoperational functions for the department.
Assists in evaluating future population health technologypartnerships by providing a current state gap analysis, analyzing vendortechnologies capabilities, developing summary briefs focused on next steps andrecommendations for leadership.
Assists in maintaining and managing relationship withcurrent population health technology vendors by tracking and measuring whethertechnology partner was able to deliver value and results, and by tracking keycontractual milestones.
Understands data storage and data sharing methods,investigates data to determine patterns and trends, leverages different datasources for analyses, and develops reports and presentations for variousstakeholders.
Other Related Functions
Works comfortably in teams as a participant and facilitator, includingtemporary teams for project-based initiatives.
Participates in professional healthcare and community associations to keepabreast of current healthcare trends.
Communicates effectively through all forms of media, uses active listening andcommunications skills, and leverages these presentation skills to engage,inspire, and establish credibility with provider partners.
