Communications and Digital Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Recruitment, the Communications and Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the following:

1. Implementation of communication strategies for parents, agents and alumni as well as internal communications for employees and students
2. Analysis of KPIs
3. Generation of annual sales and marketing goals in support of business objectives
4. Support regional content for LATAM and Asian markets
5. Responsible for design and update of marketing collateral
6. Responsible for activity on social media sites and reporting on performance against metrics
7. Conceptualize and produce email campaigns for various audiences
8. Press releases and media strategy
9. Copywriting for internal and external audiences
10. Write, design and publish monthly newsletter
11. Monthly and weekly marketing report
12. Brand positioning initiatives
13. Website maintenance
14. Search Engine Optimization
15. Content curation and distribution across multiple channels
16. Produce, shoot and edit marketing photos and videos
17. Provide marketing support for International Junior Golf Tour
18. Manage relationships with strategic partners and vendors

Qualifications:

• A BS Degree in marketing communication
• 5-8 years of experience in marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strategic thinker with sound financial acumen
• Demonstrated proficiency with MicroSoft Office and Adobe CS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – published articles
• Special event planning experience
• Professional photography and video production experience
• Website and Social Media management experience
