Job Description:
UCF Global has an exciting opportunity for an online English instructor who will have the opportunity to work with students through a dynamic online platform, utilizing an asynchronous and synchronous delivery. The adjunct instructor will provide instruction using a paired skills approach to teach reading/writing/grammar and listening/speaking/pronunciation in English to individuals for whom English is not the native language. Instruction will be provided via Canvas through Webcourses@UCF, utilizing a combination of live instruction and pre-recorded lessons.

Flat fee per 8-week course.
Minimum Qualifications:
A master’s degree in TESOL or Applied Linguistics from an accredited institution. Experience teaching English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) or EFL and must have experience teaching online courses. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Computer competency. Ability to work in a diverse multicultural setting. Willingness to learn and adapt to departmental expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using online instructional tools such as Camtasia, Lightboard, and Canvas.
