Job Description:
The University of Central Florida community is embarking on a transformational Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project, Knight Vision. Knight Vision will replace PeopleSoft and many other duplicate applications with a modern platform to support our administrative activities. But this is much more than a software project. Knight Vision will modernize our business processes – beginning with financial and HR activities – bringing them up to industry standards. As the name suggests, Knight Vision will illuminate a path to greater operational efficiency and effectiveness and will improve transparency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
The Knight Vision Reporting & Analytics Workday Report Developers coordinate with UCF leadership, vendors, and partners to ensure the success of the Knight Vision program including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation, extensive business process transformation, and implementation of an enterprise analytics strategy. These positions are responsible for supporting work streams and work products for a particular functional business area.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of university administrative processes and reporting needs; subject expertise in HR, Finance, or Research/Grants requirements preferred
- In-depth knowledge, experience in one or more of the following: advanced Excel skills, e.g. V/H lookup; SQL database programming; PeopleSoft Query; object-oriented programming
- University or higher education experience in reporting, analytics, or other data-related activities
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Strong analytical skills and experience
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
