Maintenance Technician - Vacation Homes

Prestige Homes Florida is a Vacation Rental Management Company located in Celebration, FL. Due to continual growth, we are looking to expand our team!

We are currently accepting applications for a Vacation Home Maintenance Tech. This is an entry to experienced (non manager) position and extensive training will be provided. Those with hotel or vacation home maintenance experience are encouraged to apply as well.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Arrival Inspections
• Departure Inspections
• Vacant Property Inspections
• Setting door codes for incoming guests
• Attending to guest / owner calls for maintenance help
• Light Handyman type work (such as caulking, changing lightbulbs, air filters, batteries, light plumbing work, pressure washing)
• Other duties as assigned

Ideal candidates MUST possess the following:

• Valid Driver's License with excellent driving history
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Able to legally work in the United States and pass E-Verify screening
• Multi-lingual is a plus but MUST be fluent in English as all of our reporting and communications must be completed in English
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to follow direction
• Conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner and assist with maintaining our good relationships with owners and communities we serve
• Great time management skills
• Willingness to learn the ins and outs of our business
• Ability to think outside the box 
• Comfortable with technology as all of our scheduling and reporting is done via online tasks managers and apps.
