Maintenance Technician II - Painter (Flex) - Caribe Royale We are constantly looking for talented, SMILING team members who are eager to grow with us. Now’s the perfect time to become a part of the best hotel team in Orlando!
The ideal candidate will respond in an efficient and courteous manner to all guest requests, and will complete all work with a smile. This individual may perform repairs and preventative maintenance work to include: general repairs to HVAC systems, refrigeration, painting, plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and all electrical systems. Also responsible for completing any additional projects assigned by management.
Candidate will have previous maintenance experience for a hotel of at least 2 years, and excellent communication skills. Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays. Only candidates who meet the above qualifications will be considered.
