Pay Range: $15-$18/hour

Responsible for all preparation and production of food, and sanitation according to company standards.

Job Description

  • Perform the following cooking procedures: sauté, grill, fry, bake and roast 
  • Performs basic to more advanced knife skills (i.e. slice, chop, mince, julienne, dice) in the preparation and production of food items 
  • Clean and organize walk-in coolers, food production areas, equipment, general kitchen areas and maintain sanitation levels at all times 
  • Produce and maintain all company-set food standards 
  • Execute and adhere to all direction provided by Sous Chef, Executive Sous and Executive Chef 
  • Read tickets from the printer and/or KDS and produce product as described 
  • Properly store food and chemicals including proper labeling and dating and maintain appropriate temperature 
  • Perform dish washing procedures according to proper sanitation standards 
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred


  • Minimum one year of culinary experience preferred 
  • Minimum of six months line cook experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Must have the ability to read 
  • Ability to properly set a station 
  • Mise en place (set in place, having all your ingredients prepped and ready to go before you start cooking)
