Server - Upscale Venetian Room Caribe Royale

At the Caribe Royale we are extremely excited about the expansion of the Grand Caribe Convention Center, the complete renovation of all 1,335 suites and villas, and a new lobby creating a new “arrival experience”.  If you are excited, and passionate, about ensuring our guests have a memorable experience then this is a wonderful time to join the Caribe Royale family.  

Job Responsibilities:

Provide our guests with exceptional and efficient service at our 4 Diamond steak house - The Venetian Chop House

Greet guests in a timely manner, obtain order at the guest's pace

Learn the menu to assist the guest with the various delectable options

Learn the wine menu and assist the guest with the perfect pairing

Assist guest with allergy questions/concerns while also communicating these same concerns with the kitchen

Comfortable with all manner of payment, to include room charges Maintain a positive work environment

Perform other duties as required by supervisor

Job Qualifications:

Available during the night, weekends and holidays

You must be a team player

Previous upscale server experience of at least 2 years is required

Previous 4 Diamond experience is preferred

Be able to stand, walk, bend, reach for an extended period of time

Strong communication skills are required
