Input individual guest reservations requested either by telephone or from within the hotel Process reservations from the Sales Department, Executive Office, Travel Agents, and Wholesalers Up sell rooms where possible according to established procedures to maximize hotel average room rate Process cancellations, revisions and information updates on changes Run daily reports for the Director of Revenue and Director of Reservations.
Post no-show charges. Mail hotel-specific information sheets and brochures to guests as requested. Assume any additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
Must be a team player
Must posses exceptional guest service skills
Able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays Strong communication skills are required
The ideal candidate is friendly, courteous and always smiling (with guests and fellow associates) Only candidates who meet the above qualifications will be considered.
