At the Caribe Royale we are extremely excited about the expansion of the Grand Caribe Convention Center, the complete renovation of all 1,335 suites and villas, and a new lobby creating a new “arrival experience”.  If you are excited, and passionate, about ensuring our guests have a memorable experience then this is a wonderful time to join the Caribe Royale family.  

Job Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional guest service with a smile!

Greet each guest promptly, and serve all beverages in a timely manner

Accurately ring in orders to insure proper price and to maintain beverage costs

Obtain a room charge card or credit card when running a tab and ring in each round.

Use alcohol awareness procedures at all times Complete side work and any other duties as assigned by management

Job Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience and server experience required

Excellent beverage knowledge (beer, wine, liquor, etc.)

Must be a team player Able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

Strong communication skills
