Recruiter (Bilingual Preferred)
Loyal Source is immediately hiring Recruiters to join our team! Loyal Source Government Services prides itself on providing elite staffing services to government and commercial clients. As a Recruiter, you will be on the phone and computer all day, emailing and calling people to see if they are interested in a job as a federal contractor.
As a Loyal Source Employee, you will receive:
- Permanent position – eligible for health benefits and PTO!
- 40+ hours per week
- Must be local to office and willing to report in person (not a remote opportunity)
- Fluency in Spanish and English (a plus)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Computer skills a must: Microsoft, Excel
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to work Overtime and on Saturdays
- 2 years of experience required
