Job Responsibilities:

Process incoming payments, and ensure payments are posted in a timely manner along with any necessary documentation

Prepare billing of all customer accounts, and follow up as necessary

Maintain financial records and reports

Reconcile cash and credit card transactions

Handle dispute resolution and chargebacks as necessary

Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Qualifications:

Accounts receivable experience required Prior hospitality / hotel experience preferred

Experience with Microsoft Excel

Must be a team player

Strong communication skills are required

The ideal candidate is friendly, courteous and always smiling (with guests and fellow associates)
