Job responsibilities:
Respond in an efficient and courteous manner to all guest requests, and complete all work with a smile.
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance work to include: general repairs to HVAC systems, refrigeration, painting, plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and all electrical systems.
Responsible for completing any additional projects assigned by management.
Job qualifications:
Previous maintenance experience in a hotel of at least 2 years
Excellent communication skills
Wonderful guest service skills
Team player
Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
