At the Caribe Royale we are extremely excited about the expansion of the Grand Caribe Convention Center, the complete renovation of all 1,335 suites and villas, and a new lobby creating a new “arrival experience”. Job Responsibilities:

  • Good all-around culinary experience
  • Follow direction of highly qualified culinary chef
  • Able to produce and maintain exceptional quality of food
  • Maintain open lines of communication with front of house associates and management
  • Able to lead by example in sanitation, presentation, following recipes and quality
  • Able to serve hot and cold food items to guests
  • Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen when necessary
  • To assume any additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Job Qualifications:

  • Culinary experience of 2-3 years
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be able to handle high stress situations
  • Stand/walk for an extended period of time
  • Strong communication skills are required
  • The ideal candidate is friendly, courteous and always smiling (with guests and fellow associates)
