At the Caribe Royale we are extremely excited about the expansion of the Grand Caribe Convention Center, the complete renovation of all 1,335 suites and villas, and a new lobby creating a new “arrival experience”. Job Responsibilities:
- Good all-around culinary experience
- Follow direction of highly qualified culinary chef
- Able to produce and maintain exceptional quality of food
- Maintain open lines of communication with front of house associates and management
- Able to lead by example in sanitation, presentation, following recipes and quality
- Able to serve hot and cold food items to guests
- Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen when necessary
- To assume any additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
Job Qualifications:
- Culinary experience of 2-3 years
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to handle high stress situations
- Stand/walk for an extended period of time
- Strong communication skills are required
- The ideal candidate is friendly, courteous and always smiling (with guests and fellow associates)
