Job Responsibilities:

• Supervises day-to-day operations of a tower/villa
• Monitors cleanliness of all areas within tower/villa, and ensures all rooms are cleaned by the end of the shift
• Monitors room supplies, and maintains weekly inventory
• Assists with guest requests and/or complaints
• Assists with suite cleaning and/or house person duties as necessary
• Inspects (and documents) suites/villas throughout shift to ensure the high cleanliness standards of the hotel are being maintained
• Conducts training for individual suite attendant and/or house person as necessary
• Maintains exceptional guest service standards during all guest interactions
• Maintains clear lines of communications between other departments regarding room status, necessary repairs, guest damage, safety concerns, etc.
• Follows all safety precautions regarding Bloodborne Pathogens, Fire Safety, Proper Lifting Techniques, and general Housekeeping Safety
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor

Job Qualifications:

• You must be available during the weekends and holidays
• You must be a team player
• You must have experience in housekeeping in a resort or similar establishment
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, reach for an extended period of time
• Motivational leader ready to inspire team
• Strong communication skills are required
• Clear, concise communication skills (written and verbal)
