The highly qualified Infrastructure Analyst we seek:

• Must be able to work independently to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis and isolate technical issues through the environment.
• Must be willing to take ownership of issue analysis and resolution efforts and commit to working the issue until completion and regardless of the effort or timeframe required.
• Capable of performing design, test, planning and implementation of complex technical solutions and architecture.

Requirements for the Infrastructure Analyst:

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Minimum of eight (8) years in Information Technology.
• Minimum of five (5) years managing enterprise infrastructure.

The Infrastructure Analyst provides technical leadership in a 24x7 highly-available production environment.  An Infrastructure Analyst is self-motivated, articulate, and must be an expert with Microsoft operating systems and related software technologies.  In addition, must have a proven history of using server administrative tools and must be experienced in automating routine administrative tasks.
