At the Caribe Royale we are extremely excited about the expansion of the Grand Caribe Convention Center, the complete renovation of all 1,335 suites and villas, and a new lobby creating a new “arrival experience”. Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing our 4 Diamond restaurant - Venetian Chop House
  • Ensure that all guests are having an extraordinary dining experience
  • Provide assistance and support to all associates throughout the shift
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels in accordance with business needs
  • Responsible for the training of all new and existing associates in the Venetian Chop House
  • Responsible for keeping food and beverage costs within budget
  • Must be aware of beverage trends, especially pertaining to wine and liquor
  • Act as a liaison between food & beverage team and culinary team
  • Ensure all areas are clean and stocked at the end of shift
  • Support F&B outlets as necessary throughout the shift
  • Motivate F&B associates utilizing superb leadership skills

Job Qualifications:

  • Previous upscale restaurant general management experience of at least 2 years preferred
  • Previous 4 Diamond restaurant experience preferred
  • Sommelier certification a plus
  • Must be comfortable inspiring/leading a team
  • Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
