Warehouse Supervisor

FAS Windows & Doors seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations.  We are an established family-owned business that provides quality window/door products and service to residential and new construction customers.

The successful candidate will oversee all warehouse operations in a very busy environment.  Daily duties will include the reception and organization of products within the warehouse, planning, loading and staging of subcontractor assignments, accurate recording of products, motivate, organize, encourage and supervise the warehouse team in their day-to-day operations, and distribute materials.  You will also assume responsibility for daily, weekly and monthly reporting and statistics, and ensure the health and safety of the warehouse work environment.  This position requires excellent time management skills.    

To be successful, you must be energetic, focused, organized and motivated, with attention to detail.  Computer literacy is a must, with previous experience organizing a home-improvement oriented warehouse preferred.  Salesforce or Microsoft Office computer experience necessary. You must be able to communicate courteously with coworkers, customers, subcontractors and vendors and exhibit strong project management skills.  Customer satisfaction is our primary goal, and all employees strive to provide Exceptional Service with No Exceptions.   

We require a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and an ability to lift 50-75 lbs.   Do not apply unless you have a stable and qualified work history.  The successful candidate must pass a background check and drug screening.
