iServ LLC, a franchisee of Sonny’s BBQ, seeks to hire Team Members that are genuinely nice, passionate about our industry and sincere in joining our brand.  NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Keeping the restaurant neat, clean, and orderly at all times.

• Keeping up to date with the new product rollouts by Sonny’s Corporate.
• Knowing and adhering to all Food Safety and Sanitation Guidelines.
• Maintaining personal knowledge by completing all in-house training and staying up to date on any changes. through Station 68, HotSchedules and/or any other training materials.
• Completing all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older and meet availability requirements.
• Pass a Background check and provide work authorization documents when necessary.
• Ability to prioritize work, multi-task and be detail oriented at an efficiently fast pace.
• Must be team-oriented, dependable, adaptable and have a strong work ethic.
• Customer service oriented.

Desired Qualifications:

• Significant understanding of Sonny’s BBQ brand standards.
• Knowledge of Sonny’s BBQ equipment and technology to how to obtain max efficiency within stores. 

Job Expectation:

• Stand on their feet for up to 8 hours.
• Lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
