The Shift Manager has the overall responsibility of assisting the General Manager in maintaining the production, planning and execution of the standardized of customer service and recipes at Jimmy Hula’s. They lead and run shifts, handle personnel issues, cash handling, employee training, assist in ordering and stocking of restaurant supplies.
Oversee the full operations of a quick service restaurant. Supervise a staff of 5 or more associates on a daily basis.
