While the bar at Bulla is the center of attraction, the emphasis is on quality gastronomic creations around a distinct ambiance designed to entice the senses and stimulate your appetite.

Bulla Gastrobar (Winter Park, FL) is looking for Line Cooks for our Winter Park, FL location. Lines Cooks will help prepare meals by chopping vegetables, making salads, and assembling entrees as well as other duties like storage of leftover food, washing dishes, cleaning, and emptying trash. These positions report directly to the Managing Partner.

Responsibilities and Duties of Line Cook

  • Help prepare meals by chopping vegetables
  • Making salads
  • Assembling entrees.
  • Storage of leftover food
  • Washing dishes, cleaning, and emptying trash.

Qualifications and Skills for Line Cook

  • Prior relevant experience and familiarity with basic cooking supplies and equipment is preferred.
  • He or She must be committed to the customers, reliable to his or her co-workers, and be a self-motivated, organized, and detailed individual.
  • High school diploma or equivalent Culinary degree preferred
  • Previous culinary experience
  • Preferred skills: basic math, excellent verbal communication
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently
