Line Cook/Prep Cook

Compensation: $10 - $12 an hour

Responsibilities

-Chop, portion, prep and store food.

-Prepare food with quality and health standards in mind.

-Ensure that food health and safety regulations are followed.

-Check and maintain coolers and storage areas for cleanliness,

quantity and quality of food.

-Coordinate completion of menu items with servers.

Skills

-Organized, detail-oriented and hard working.

-Candidates should be proficient in fry, sautee, pizza and grill stations.

-Work in a team oriented environment and under demanding conditions.
