Description

Essential Job Functions: • Bi-weekly payroll processing for approximately 250 employees • Address time clock issues for immediate solutions • Update recurring schedules in time clock software • Update and Maintain vacation and sick time accruals • Reconcile monthly employee insurance bills for payment • Process all accounts payable invoices for CCMO and Isleworth Realty • Reconciliation of T-Bill (employee incentive program) issuance and redemption • Preparation of Budget vs Actual reports • Sales tax preparation assistance with Controller for Isleworth Golf & Country Club • Assistance with monthly inventory • Assist with homeowner association closing documents from the ICA

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in all areas of accounting • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent job related experience • Previous Paylocity experience preferable • Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) skills required • Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License • Must be insurable for automobile insurance with company’s auto insurance carrier • Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English
