TLC Engineering Solutions is a dynamic and growing National Engineering firm seeking a qualified and motivated Marketing Coordinator, to join our Corporate Support team! The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support services by applying technical training and work experience to human resources activities.

Human Resources Coordinator Job Duties:

Process weekly timesheets and assist Compensation Specialist with internal payroll.

Manage ongoing performance review cycle.

Maintain HRIS system by entering new employees, auditing data, and updating employee information.

Train staff on timesheet and employee self-service software.

Assist in HR projects throughout the year such as promotions, merit increases, bonuses, etc.

Act as point of contact for staff information requests.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a professional office environment working in a human resources capacity
- Excellent communication skills with particular attention to details and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience using an HRIS
- Experience with a reporting platform
- High School Diploma
- Desire to pursue a Human Resources certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)
