Essential Job Functions:

• Bi-weekly payroll processing for approximately 250 employees

• Address time clock issues for immediate solutions

• Update recurring schedules in time clock software

• Update and Maintain vacation and sick time accruals

• Reconcile monthly employee insurance bills for payment

• Reconciliation of T-Bill (employee incentive program) issuance and redemption

  • Run weekly and monthly employee census reports
  • Perform the annual 401k Non-Discrimination Testing, EEO-1 and Data Match projects for review by Director of Accounting
  • Reconcile T-bill (employee incentive program) issuance and redemption
  • Prepare bank deposits for all companies
  • Monthly balance sheet account reconciliation
  • All other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous payroll experience required – Paylocity payroll system experience preferred. 
  • Minimum 5+ years accounting experience
  • Associates in Accounting or equivalent job related experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) skills required
  • Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License
  • Must be insurable for automobile insurance with company’s auto insurance carrier
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English
