All Guest Services has been Orlando's Premier Concierge Service for over 30 years! Join our team of Concierges that assists guests with their vacation plans in over 65 hotels in the Orlando tourist areas. This is a professional position that requires individuals with a professional attitude that are outgoing and enjoy talking with people from all over the world. Position requires a knowledge of the Orlando area, as well as the theme parks and attractions. This is a sales position, but great customer service is expected as well with our philosophy of "Going Above and Beyond" for our guests. Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours (not including breaks). Must have an OUTGOING personality and enjoy engaging with guests. Basic computer skills required. Must be willing to work any shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
