Executive Administrative Assistant

The American Fundraising Foundation (AmFund) based in Maitland, Florida is seeking an outstanding, self-motivated individual to fill the position of Executive Administrative Assistant. AmFund is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with a Platinum rating from Guide Star. This year we celebrated our 22^nd year of service and have distributed over $40 million for worthy causes. The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing advanced and diversified secretarial and administrative duties. This position will work directly with C-level executives and will require the ability to prioritize and manage their workload in a fast-paced environment. Experience handling scheduling and doing extensive data analytics preferred.

Education/Training

High school diploma or equivalent accepted, college degree preferred

Experience:

Two (2) years clerical or secretarial experience

Hours:

8:30-5pm Monday-Friday

Essential Functions:

• Answer phone calls, route callers, takes messages and resolve routine and complex inquiries

• Screen calls and visitors

• Run data analytics based on provided performance numbers

• Operate copy and fax machines

• Multi-tasking

• Distribute incoming mail

• Order supplies

• Establish and maintain files and records on an ongoing basis

• Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments/meetings

• Organize meetings including distribution of materials, arranging of refreshments, and transcribing minutes

• Maintain a “can-do” attitude and a professional demeanor

Recommended Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Salesforce CRM

• Initiative and drive to work under minimal supervision

• Organizational skills such as time management

• Accuracy with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs and software

• Strong interpersonal skills
