Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Representative to support our sales team. This high impact position will provide sales support to Account Executives through the development of qualified leads that result in achieving our business goals.

Will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting campaigns, primarily over the phone. Working with the Account Executives, you’ll ensure that the leads provided are properly qualified and will progress through the sales funnel. This involves gathering key information to update our CRM and identifying next steps for Account Executives to connect with these prospects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products, services and solutions to C-Level Executives via the phone
  • Generate and follow up  on sales leads and referrals
  • Work in a fast-paced, high energy and structured environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to “Think on your feet”
  • Unfazed by the word “No”
  • Meet and exceed performance quotas, including 100 outreaches per day
  • Possess a clear and captivating speaking voice
  • Work effectively with internal departments to deliver the best solution for the client and ensure an excellent experience

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of previous high volume cold-calling and business development experience preferred
  • Experience working within a CRM
  • Ability to build customer relationships
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, or related experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Must be positive, self-driven, and have a team-first mentality with a desire to learn
  • Must be highly motivated, committed and energetic
