JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for supporting, managing, administering and iOS testing for all Universal cellular devices such iPhones, iPads, air cards, etc. This includes activating phones, loading emails on smartphones, issuing and tracking loaner cellular devices, maintaining wireless log, organizing the wireless cabinet, recycling wireless devices, and organizing and scheduling wireless returns. Responsible for monitoring all wireless Service Now trouble tickets and scheduling service/repair appointments with end users. Reviewing and requesting approvals for nonstandard devices from departmental SVP's. Also, responsible for updating and closing trouble tickets. Maintain management iOS software and keeping hardware up-to-date. Work with 3rd party vendor for device pickup and return of devices requiring repair services. Inventory, pack, and mail obsolete cellular device for buyback or be destroyed by 3rd party vendor. Conduct wireless audit according to NBCU policy and ensure that all devices are account for during quarterly audits. Maintain security for all on hand cellular devices. Assist the Telecom team on other issues as they arise. Adhere to the UPR Cell Phone Inventory Policy.


  • Cellular device activation and support.
  • Monitor and update Service Now tickets.
  • Manage cellular device inventory in accordance to the NBU Audit policy and procedures. Conduct and complete monthly audits and ensure all corporate cellular devices are accounted for.
  • Perform iOS software update testing and ensure loaner devices are update when testing is successful.
  • Phone Equipment issues and troubleshooting.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

SCOPE: Responsible for supporting, managing, and administering all Universal cellular devices such as Blackberries, iPhones, etc. Responsible for monitoring Remedy tickets for the Telecom department and dispatching the technicians.


  • High school degree or GED required.
  • Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school desired.

EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years database experience with call accounting software; Financial analysis and project tracking desired; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
