Marketing Project Coordinator/ Production Coordinator - Hybrid

Experience Kissimmee is the official tourism authority for the Kissimmee destination and Osceola County, Florida.  We promote the destination domestically and around the world to potential leisure, business, and sports travelers.  Our team develops and implements sales, marketing and communications programs that encourage more than 9 million overnight guests annually. 

We are currently seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator/Production Coordinator.

This role works with internal teams to guide projects and video productions through the production process. This role ensures projects and video productions are executed according to established specifications, timelines, and budgets. 

This position will work in a hybrid work environment, working some days from home and some days from the office or from locations across Kissimmee. 

Major Responsibilities…

Coordination of the production of deliverables including digital assets, printed materials, and promotional products.

• You would be the one to help us get stuff done while using a project management tool and you would work with all the different departments in the organization.

Coordination of the production of video and photography projects.

• You would facilitate all video pre-production for videos produced internally and by 3^rd party production companies. You would attend all video and photography productions to provide on-site facilitation of production logistics.

Required Experience:

Along with being organized and collaborative, you must have worked with a project management tool for at least 1-2 years.  And you must have experience helping to organize the logistics of video and photo shoots and be able to make quick sensible decisions and trouble-shoot last minute changes. 

Due to the nature of this position, frequent local travel throughout the Kissimmee/Osceola County destination is expected. Therefore, candidates are expected to live in Central Florida and have a clean driving record.
