We are a Central Florida exterior home improvement company seeking a motivated, high energy person to align, manage and direct our marketing policies, programs, systems and strategy. The position requires excellent planning and execution of our marketing budget to maximize brand recognition, marketing expenditures and qualified lead generation in the Florida market.  

The Marketing Manager will maintain direct responsibility for developing and executing innovative, proactive and strategic plans and programs within our marketing organization with an express interest in maximizing exposure in the marketplace. Strong social media background required, with experience leveraging traditional and new media sources. Must be proficient with web analytics tools and possess excellent strategic analysis skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and budget for annual marketing and events plans and programs in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
  • Establish short and long-range strategic marketing plans and programs. Oversee and take action as needed to guarantee achievement of marketing objectives and goals, developing and utilizing innovative and proactive sources.
  • Provide leadership and manage presence for the design, development and leverage of social media outlets, including but not limited to FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social networking and community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.
  • Manage and utilize SEM and SEO tools to drive optimal organic lead flow. Must be familiar with web site design and analysis.
  • Direct implementation and execution of integrated marketing policies and practices.
  • Ensure marketing communications are coordinated and support objectives.
  • Develop and oversee advertising and promotion activities, including print, radio, TV, online and direct mail/response.
  • Analyze and evaluate success of events and sponsorships.
  • Oversee and develop marketing team, including event marketing and appointment setters.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, public relations or a related field preferred, with 2-5 years’ practical experience.
