$600 Hiring Bonus (First payment after 3 months = $300 and Second payment after 6 months = $300)

Position Summary:
Responsible for food preparation per customers' order according to Kobe's standards. Maintains the food at the prep
station in an organized, sanitary and efficient manner. Maintains restaurant cleanliness in accordance with opening
and closing duties.

Essential Functions include but are not limited to:
1. Performs daily routine cleaning, sanitizing tasks, side-work and opening/closing duties throughout the restaurant as
directed by management and the head chef.
2. Routinely removes trash from all areas of the restaurant and discards in the dumpster. Maintains cleanliness and
sanitation of the garbage cans and keeps clean liners in cans at all times
3. Prepares all food items according to portion size, presentation and quality standards dictated by Kobe standards
4. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures set forth by Kobe
5. Follows all federal, state, and local laws, codes and regulations outlined by the Managers and the Kobe Employee
Handbook

Skills and Abilities
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to interact and communicate with coworkers
Strong knife skills is preferred
Ability to multi-task and show flexibility during high volume periods
Ability to lift, push and pull at least 60 pounds
Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as
climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials
