The highly qualified Manager Strategic Initiatives we seek:

• Will support Orange County Clerk of Courts (OCCC) statewide and organization wide initiatives.
• Will organize, lead, and execute projects as assigned by the Clerk of the Courts (Clerk) and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).
• Will partner with Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers (FCCC) and Clerk of Courts Operations Corporation (CCOC) Staff to coordinate local assignments, action items and project scope.
• Will monitor and generate reports on the projects’ status and update management on status.
• Will ensure that these special projects stay on target and comply with organization and industry rules and regulations, regularly updating management team, Clerk, CAO, statewide entities, as appropriate on the progress.

Requirements for the Manager Strategic Initiatives:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Communication, Political Science or directly related area.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience managing local and/or statewide initiatives;
• A Master’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Communication, or Political Science is preferred.
• Any of the following certifications are preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt or Certified Manager Certification (CM).
