Guest Services Ambassador

Position Summary:

The Guest Services Ambassador serves as the initial point of contact for guests at The Mall at Millenia and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Concierge Desk. He/she is a brand ambassador that represents The Millenia Experience of world class shopping by consistently providing unparalleled service to guests.

The Guest Services Ambassador reports directly to the Guest Services Director and Guest Services Supervisors. Applicants must be available for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Guest Services Ambassador Job Accountabilities

1. Concierge Desk

Guest inquires and resolutions, in-person and text service Answering and directing telephone calls Foreign currency exchange Daily accurate balance of sales reports Stroller and wheelchair rental Providing information and directions to Mall as well as local areas Tourism referral program Marketing Department initiatives Inventory control and replenishment  

Skills required:

• Professional and welcoming demeanor
• Enjoys working with people
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-orientated while performing multiple tasks
• Basic math aptitude and computer skills
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 70 pounds

• High School Diploma

Experience preferred, but not required:

• Hospitality/Concierge experience (Minimum 1 year) Bilingual preferred Customer Service/Retail experience
