Position Purpose

Responsible for North American NPD’s (Non Participating Distributors) setups and ensuring SLA’s are maintained.  This includes researching the validity of the location, ensuring the information used in setup is accurate, and there are no sanctions on the location.  Analysis on all locations will be required to ensure standards are followed, maintained, and corrected as necessary.  These standards include (but not limited to) account name, address, contacts, and other required attributes.  This role is critical in ensuring CHEP is able to understand where pallets are being shipped and enabling quick recovery of our assets. Train and support Genpact team in Juarez on executing account set-ups and ensure accuracy .

Major/Key Accountabilities

  • Will be the SME responsible for NPD setups
  • Validate and ensure account setups are necessary and accurate
  • Responsible for the NPD setups
  • Perform Sanctioned Entity checks on accounts to ensure no violations
  • Analyze and maintain master data elements as identified by the business including address, segmentation, location type, geocoding, etc.
  • Identifies opportunities and executes solutions, collaborating with IT, to continually improve reporting, automate processes, and improve our internal stakeholder.
  • Leads, participates or consults on business process improvements and projects.
  • Process data from systems (SAP, BW, Salesforce, etc.) and utilize technical skills to efficiently analyze, and interpret data responding to ad hoc requests.
  • Maintains accurate, complete electronic documentation for policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Train and support Genpact team in Juarez on executing account set-ups and ensure accuracy .

Measures

  • Achievement of Key Performance Indicators/Service Level Agreements, including:
  • NPD Setups SLA
  • 95% accuracy with account Setups

 

Authority/ Decision Making

  • As determined by the Brambles/CHEP USA LOA matrix relevant to the role and market
  • Resolution of customer problems within scope of role

 

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience

Desirable Qualifications

  • Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt certification

 

Experience

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in medium to large size complex, global organization(s)
  • Customer service experience (1+ years)

Skills and Knowledge

  • Skilled in key software, including Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio),  SAP, BW, and Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to translate and communicate complex and abstract issues so they can be easily understood.
  • Proven change management skills.  Must be able to function well in a cross-functional and high-activity environment.
  • Highly organized with ability to multi-task and re-prioritize based on changing business and customer needs. 
  • Excellent planning skills with the ability to work under pressure and quickly develop and execute a plan amongst ever changing priorities
  • Strong decision maker, able to and comfortable with pushing back organizationally when necessary.
  • Capable of understanding technical application structures supporting their areas of expertise and of understanding the impact of technical changes on business processes (multiple applications and platforms involved).
  • Self-starter, able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong business acumen
