The Embassy Suites - Orlando Lake Buena Vista South is currently accepting applications for a Purchasing and Receiving Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and process outlet requisitions and transfers generated in Adaco
  • Audit and correct outlet requisitions and transfers
  • Compare purchase orders with invoices and verify receiving quantities and amounts
  • Verifying correct invoice payment and vendor information
  • Process and receive invoices from purchase orders to update inventories
  • Prepare invoices for Accounts Payable
  • Receive food & beverage and store according to safe food handling procedures
  • Maintain the security of the food storeroom at all times.
  • Complete any additional responsibilities given by management while maintaining a SMILE!

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a team player
  • Strong communication skills are required
  • Must be available on weekends and holidays
  • Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying
  • The ideal candidate is friendly, courteous, and always smiling
