Title: Housekeeping Supervisor – PM Shift

The Embassy Suites - Orlando Lake Buena Vista South is currently accepting applications for PM Shift Housekeeping Supervisor

As a PM Shift Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for leading, training and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons during the evening shift in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Lead, train and supervise PM Suite Attendants and PM Houseperson on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards
  • Assess inventory, assign for cleaning and inspect rooms
  • Verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms
  • Monitor lost and found program, stock rooms and carts and designated inventories
  • Communicate and coordinate with Engineering/ Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas
  • Perform Suite Attendant and/or Houseperson duties, as needed
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

  • Refined verbal and written communication.

  • Must have a minimum one year of verifiable housekeeping supervisor experience.
  • Must be able to report to scheduled shifts.
  • Able to communicate effectively in writing, by telephone and in person.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be computer literate, have attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
