What We Are Looking For

Corkcicle is seeking experienced part-time and full-time retail team members who will serve as “brand ambassadors” on our first retail team!  As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you will immerse yourself into the Corkcicle brand, culture, and product assortment, and take pride in providing every guest with a world-class retail experience.  We are looking for excited individuals who can work hard and are passionate about selling the Corkcicle brand.  If you are a people person, a team player, love retail and are passionate about the Corkcicle brand then we are looking for YOU!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include

• Learn and demonstrate Corkcicle product knowledge. Interact with customers to assess their needs and wants resulting in product sales. Prepare products for display. Keep current on new products and changes to existing operating processes. Maintain store inventory and cleanliness. Assisting customers in the check-out process using a computer software POS system. Meet and exceed sales goals. Demonstrate professionalism as part of a team. Proactively report customer impacting concerns, thinking outside the box on customer resolutions and sharing best practices. Recommend process improvements and work with management to implement approved changes. Achieve personal and team objectives outlined throughout the year. Assist with special projects as assigned by management. Complete satisfactory company training requirements. Follow all company policies and procedures and notify management of any infractions. Report to the Retail Store Manager.  No direct reports.

Position Requirements Include

• Must be 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED. College degree is preferred. 2 years of previous retail sales experience with a luxury brand is preferred. Experience with Shopify systems and Shopify POS is preferred. Excellent communication and social skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment. Successful completion and favorable results of a criminal history and employment background check.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Include

• The ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays between the hours of 9:00am – 11:30 pm. The ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. and the stamina to stand for long periods of time when needed. The ability to work in various Florida outdoor environmental elements (sun, heat, rain, etc.).
