Position Summary
Responsible for content management of internal and external supply chain data connections. Strategic role which ensures operational support, analysis, and maintenance of Supply Chain transactions and technology.

Essential Functions
• Oversee master data management for various Supply chain transaction types.
• Subject Matter expert for the interaction between Supply Chain transaction and Accounts Payable transactions.
• Functional Lead (Supply Chain) for technology upgrades or modifications.
• Develops goals and objectives, establishes, implements, and interprets policies and procedures for Supply Chain operations.
• Exhibit excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple assignments, adapting to changing priorities and situations, and meets given deadlines.
• Analyze issues, lead multidisciplinary groups for complex problem resolution, and effectively present recommendations to various audiences.
• Establishes collaborative, value-based relationships with business partners, obtaining feedback on an ongoing basis.
• Responsible for daily operational activities and overall management of staff.
• Oversees future state process flows, gap analysis, and impact analysis.
• Develops the skill set of staff to meet the needs of the Supply Chain strategic plan.
• Develop or possess expert-level functional knowledge of Supply Chain software and related processes.
• Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
• Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.

Education/Training
Bachelor's degree in related field.

Experience
Ten (10) years' experience in Supply Chain, Process Improvement, Analytics. Experience should include at least five (5) years in leadership.
