The Opportunity:

Applications Programmer III will support enterprise constituent relationship management (CRM) and engagement business application needs of the organizations that use CRM and related technologies. This position will report to the Manager of Digital Platforms, Enterprise CRM, supporting the day-to-day business functions such as reporting, data analysis, maintaining system integrity, user management and onboarding, user adoption, and aiding in the development and configuration of various enterprise CRM projects.

This position is open for remote work for any candidates residing within the state of Florida.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform extensive testing and validations on proof-of-concept solutions developed in enterprise CRM (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud) and related technologies.

  • Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and adoption for different departments in Enterprise CRM (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud); contribute to adoption by improving the user experience through standardization, documentation, training, and ongoing usability improvement initiatives.

  • Perform regular error analysis and maintenance on enterprise CRM (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud) and related technologies; audit enterprise CRM for general errors, data errors, and user errors; perform diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing, practicing good data hygiene.

  • Create enterprise CRM (Salesforce) standard and custom reports by interpreting business requests and performing basic analysis on data for reporting purposes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

One year of experience in the administration and maintenance of enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce).
