SUMMARY
Executive Administrative Assistant – this position will report directly to, and support, the Shareholder in charge of the Administrative Group.

MSL will ask you to:

 

  • Work closely with the assigned Shareholders related to administratively supporting sensitive strategies, actions and high-level personnel matters.
  • Coordinate with other administrative staff regarding execution and implementation of various directives.
  • Prepare monthly billing reports for each assigned Shareholder and obtain Shareholder approval.
  • Monitor collection status and follow -up on outstanding collections.
  • Provide organizational structure and support.
  • Process documents and engagement letters. Proofread and edit documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation and format.
  • Scheduling, arrange travel accommodations, assist with expense reports for assigned owners.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters involving the Firm and employees.
  • Assist other administrative personnel as required.

EDUCATION
An associates’ degree (A.A. or A. S) in management or a related business field from a two-year college or university would be a significant asset but is not required. Minimum of 2-4 years relevant experience supporting high level executives is required. CPA experience preferred


LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must possess clear, articulate command of spoken and written English (first or second language). Attention to detail, Ability to read, analyze and interpret normal business correspondence and basic documents. Willingness to take ownership of assigned duties. Must possess the ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Exhibit an interest and ability to learn new duties.
