Sales Account Manager - Recruiting Solutions

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a well-established book of business while also prospecting for new clients. You'll leverage your excellent sales and negotiation skills to consultatively sell our job board technology and marketing strategies to meet the unique needs of each client. You'll collaborate closely with our account managers and marketing team to achieve individual and team sales goals, and will regularly report on your progress to the Director of Business Development.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills and a consultative sales approach
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce or related software
- Associate’s degree is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Identify and locate new clients through a variety of methods, including telephone, social media, and networking events
- Implement sales strategies and apply product knowledge to match products to the needs of clients
- Negotiate pricing and terms of products, packages, and prepares service agreements
- Collaborate with account managers and marketing team to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Periodically prepare and report results, status of accounts, and updates on leads to the Director of Business Development
- Perform other duties as assigned
