Plan, monitor and evaluate interior Maintenance and repair contracts. Verify assigned contracts meet performance standards and specifications. Perform inspections, initiate work orders, and verify appropriate repairs were completed. Provide technical advice and assist in developing scope and bidding of new contracts. May serve as Authority's Authorized Representative for assigned contracts.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree in a related field and five (5) years experience in compliance monitoring of multiple contracts/projects; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Preferred experience with Facilities Contract Compliance, Maintenance and repair at an airport.
- Must have good oral and written communications skills. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to function effectively in a diverse work place.
- Familiarity with airport terminal/airsides layout desirable
- Intermediate computer-use skills, with emphasis on database, spreadsheet, and word processing programs.
- Knowledge of project scheduling, efficient time management, contract monitoring, and use of communication devices required.
- Must be able to read, understand and enforce contract specifications
- Able to drive on the AOA, with appropriate clearance/badging
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
- Demonstrate ability to read and understand complex contract specifications and blueprints, and discuss with architects/engineers.
- Must be willing and able to work non-standard shifts as needed for Contract compliance and Holiday Decorations program to accommodate airport operations
- Bilingual desired
- Valid
