Within the spirit of “Making People's Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for coordinating the production of photo and video content. This position will plan and organize photo and video projects from start to finish, ensuring that the final product meets the company's and/or accounts' needs and expectations. This position works closely with the account and creative teams as well as project management team to ensure the photo/video project has all the necessary elements to capture content in alignment with the creative strategy. This includes ensuring all components of a shoot are ready from the scripts, to scouting locations, to ensuring the on-camera talent are prepped and ready. In addition, the Executive Production Assistant also supports the Photographers and Videographers with the technical aspects of production, such as camera work, lighting, sound, and editing. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and plan logistics of photo/video projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with team members to determine project goals and timelines.
  • Prepare and provide consistent and timely updates to account managers, project managers and photo/video team.
  • Coordinate all aspects of photo/video production, including preplanning, script is finalized (if applicable), shooting, editing, and post-production.
  • Scout locations, equipment and talent ensuring all logistical elements are in place.
  • Identify potential challenges and develop contingency plans to mitigate issues.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Create and maintain production schedules, pre-production coordination and postproduction timelines.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in photo/video production.
  • Complete all photo/video production related tasks as requested by the team.
  • Ensure all photos and videos meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four (4) year college or technical school in related field such as video production, digital marketing or communications; or four (4) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of photo and video editing software such as Adobe Premier Pro and Final Cut Pro.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through photo/video is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • This position is subjected to The Villages Vehicle Safety Program and its policies as it requires the use of personal vehicles for company business. Please refer to the Vehicle Safety Program for the policies and procedures that this position is required to follow.
  • A Valid Driver's License with a record acceptable to company standards is required for this position.
