This Opportunity

WSP is currently seeking a Project Manager to support Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services across public-sector infrastructure projects in Fort Myers/Southwest Florida. This role supports both project delivery and leadership of field teams, with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder coordination.

Your Impact

• Manage CEI projects from initiation through closeout

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans

• Oversee field inspection teams and ensure contractor compliance

• Review daily reports, quantities, and QA/QC documentation

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams

• Lead meetings and communicate risks and issues

• Maintain audit-ready documentation

• Mentor junior staff and support team development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 3-5+ years of CEI or construction experience

• Public-sector project experience (FDOT, County, municipal)

• Strong understanding of plans, specs, and contract requirements

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Valid Florida driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• FDOT certifications

• Experience managing task orders or IDIQ contracts

• Familiarity with Procore
