PROJECT ENGINEER COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION 


Description 
Williams Company is currently seeking Project Engineer for Central with One to two years of commercial construction experience.

Successful candidates will have previous experience working on commercial constriction projects.  

Successful candidates will be assigned to projects such as retail, educational, office, warehouse, and other fast-track commercial construction projects. Previous experience with Prolog or RedTeam Project Management, P-Vault and Viewpoint accounting systems is helpful.


Requirements 

  • One to two years experience as a project engineer in the Commercial Construction Industry.
  • Ability to manage contract drawing packages
  • Understand and issue Subcontract Agreements and Change Orders
  • Prepare Pre-Construction meetings for Subcontractors
  • Prepare and renew submittal packages for Architect/Engineer
  • Prepare Operations and Maintenance manuals for Owners
  • Prepare monthly reports for Project Managers
  • Manage RFI process
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with employees, subcontractors and agency officials

Education Requirements
Graduate from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in civil engineering, building construction or a closely related field is required.
