JOB SUMMARY:

This is an Account Management Supervisor - Revenue Administrator II - SES position in the General Tax Administration Program's, Account Management Process. The incumbent creates and maintains reports and presentations using a variety of software products, meets operational objectives by prioritizing and allocating workloads, managing vacancies, identifying and analyzing workflow, performing costs/benefits analysis, and implementing process improvements. The incumbent also manages by establishing expectations, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and fostering open communication.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
  • One year of experience performing registration functions in the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX).
  • One year of experience performing rate transfers in the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX).
  • One year of experience as a team lead or manager.
  • Experience performing quality assurance reviews of forms processed in the Account Management Process.

SPECIAL NOTES:
  • The successful candidate will be required to work 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Mandatory overtime may be needed during peak periods, which could include weekends.

SALARY: The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $4,632.10 monthly/$55,585.20 annually.
